Practice Policies

Office Hours and Directions

For an appointment or routine concerns, our office is generally open Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm and Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Directions to our office are provided for your convenience. Patients are seen by appointment only. If you call before or after office hours with an urgent problem, our answering service will relay your message directly to the on call provider.

Emergencies

If you are having a medical emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If our office is closed and you have an urgent matter but not a medical emergency, please call the office and our answering service will contact the provider on call.

Your Privacy

During your initial visit an Electronic Medical Chart will be established. This is just one of the ways we are enhancing quicker and better communication between you, our patient, and our office. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible using our site and we are committed to guarding your privacy online.
